Our Courses
Students can sign up for either a 4 or 8 month program for the FALL/WINTER/SPRING season. The SUMMER program runs for 2 months .
The Allen Academy of Fine Arts provides the larger studio apparatuses needed to complete all courses, in addition to some consumable art materials. Upon sign-up consultation in person, specialty art supply packs are made available for purchase from AAFA. Alternatively, art supply shopping lists are also available if the student wishes to purchase materials outside of the academy.

This program runs two days a week, 4:00pm-6:00pm during weekdays, and 2:00pm- 4:00pm on Saturdays. Students will learn drawing from observation, painting, portraiture, collage, and digital art if requested.

This program runs three days a week in conjunction with the Adult Open Studio classes, from 6:00pm-9:00pm during the week, and 10:00am-1:00pm on Saturdays. Students will learn drawing from observation, figure drawing, painting, portraiture, collage, and digital art if requested. One-on-one portfolio reviews with for both AP Studio Art courses and College Portfolio Preparation are included. High School students enthusiastic about Fashion Design are also encouraged to enroll.

This program runs three days a week in conjunction with the College Prep Program, from 6:00pm-9:00pm during the week, and 10:00am-1:00pm on Saturdays. Students will learn drawing from observation, figure drawing, painting, portraiture, collage, and digital art if requested.
